Why These Ingredients?

Panax Ginseng and Maca Root are adaptogenic botanicals with long histories of traditional use for energy, mood balance, and mental performance. Green Tea Leaf and Guarana contribute plant compounds along with a mild, naturally occurring amount of caffeine — Cognizil is not a caffeine-free formula, though it is not a high-stimulant one either.
GABA and L-Tyrosine are compounds the body produces naturally. GABA is associated with a calm, balanced mental state, while L-Tyrosine is a building block the body uses to produce neurotransmitters linked to focus and alertness. Chromium is included at a standalone, separately-disclosed amount tied to its established Daily Value.
